The Role

In this permanent role, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound enquiries relating to sales, account retention and service cancellations
• Engaging existing and prospective customers through outbound sales calls
• Recommending tailored product and service solutions to meet individual customer needs
• Upselling and cross-selling bundled telecoms products and services during customer interactions
• Progressing leads sourced from marketing campaigns, referrals and inbound enquiries
• Delivering against individual sales targets and performance KPIs on a consistent basis

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service or a related role - telecoms experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a welcome bonus
• A confident, customer-first approach with the ability to manage high call volumes professionally
• A commercially driven mindset, with the confidence to navigate objections and convert opportunities
• Comfort working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
