The successful Technology Support Manager will be responsible for managing BAU Tech support, end to end Problem Management, Change management, and Incident management

Key responsibilities are:

  • Manage Incident bridge/calls as part of Crash team
  • Managing Escalations and taking immediate steps to avoid recurrence of issues and escalations
  • Contribute to seamless management of medium, high & critical incidents and ensuring systematic resumption
