The Role

Support the team, delight the customers - here's what you'll be doing:

• Assist the sales team with internal coordination, quotation preparation, order processing, and monitoring of customer credit limits
• Handle inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
• Accurately enter and maintain confirmed sales contracts and orders in the system
• Track and monitor order fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate delivery outcomes
• Liaise with the logistics team to coordinate and manage customer deliveries
• Prepare and compile monthly local sales reports for management review
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and support general office and front-of-house functions as required

What We're Looking For

A detail-oriented, proactive sales support professional:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a sales administration or sales support capacity
• Strong customer service skills - confident on the phone, solution-oriented, and composed under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
