The Role
You'll own the full delivery agenda, including:
  • Leading the delivery, support, and modernisation of core life insurance platforms - with LifeAsia/Life400 at the heart of it all
  • Overseeing end-to-end project execution, from requirements and architecture through to deployment and production support
  • Providing technical direction across integrations involving JT400, IBM MQ, MSP, and enterprise middleware
  • Championing CI/CD, DevOps, version control, and release management best practices
  • Building, mentoring, and managing cross-geography development and support teams
  • Driving governance, incident resolution, and continuous improvement across the technology landscape
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • Hands-on experience with LifeAsia and/or Life400 platforms
  • Solid grounding in life insurance domain processes - including policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, and agency/commission
  • Technical depth across JT400, IBM MQ, AS400/iSeries, RESTful APIs, and backend development
  • A proven track record leading large technical teams and delivering complex enterprise programmes
  • Comfort operating in Agile/Scrum environments, managing vendors and offshore delivery teams
  • Availability to be based in Kuala Lumpur
