Tech Lead (.NET)

Tech Lead needed for this start-up to drive the company to grow towards the desired directions.

What you will do?

• Actively involve throughout all phases in SDLC and contribute to building scalable web systems to clients across various industries
• Take the responsibilities to lead the team, at the same time to oversee and advise on the implementations to ensure the projects are delivered smoothly
• Ensure all activities are aligned with the internal processes, frameworks, and best practices to ensure the technical quality
• Provide hands-on / technical support to both team members and clients on the projects or applications accordingly
• Play as a good leader to coach and mentor the team, and to raise their technical expertise through guidance provided

What you need to have?

• A proven track of at least 3 years of working experience in full-stack development
• Techical requirements included: C#, .NET, JavaScript Frameworks / Libraries (e.g. Angular, React)
• Effective & efficient communicator - able to communicate with different parties to understand their needs and customize the solutions accordingly
• Strategic understanding of industry standards and best practices - take initiatives to suggest for improvements / enhancements
• Plus points: leadership experience / degree in relevant field / attention to details
