The Role
From architecture decisions to hands-on development, you'll lead the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Define and drive the technical direction and architecture of PHP-based web applications
  • Mentor and upskill developers through structured code reviews and best-practice guidance
  • Produce clean, scalable code and tackle complex technical challenges head-on
  • Work closely with product and business stakeholders to shape technical solutions
  • Own application performance, security, and scalability across the stack
What We're Looking For
A technically strong leader with a collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for quality engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of PHP development experience, with a clear track record in technical leadership
  • Strong command of PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony) and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only
  • Advantageous: microservices or API development experience, front-end exposure, or familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
