The Role Here's what you'll be responsible for:
  • Lead and develop a team of personal bankers and relationship managers to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Champion branch-level sales strategies and initiatives that grow client portfolios
  • Track team performance and deliver ongoing coaching, training and development
  • Build a culture of excellence centred on client experience, compliance and operational rigour
  • Collaborate closely with licensed specialists to ensure smooth referrals and seamless product delivery
  • Leverage sales data and market insights to uncover growth opportunities and manage risk
  • Set the standard as a visible leader committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes

What We're Looking For You'll be a strong fit if you have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
  • A solid background in sales management and developing high-performing banking teams
  • Strong coaching, communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to lead through influence and deliver results in a fast-moving environment
  • Working knowledge of banking systems, digital platforms and customer engagement tools
