Role Overview

The Team Lead oversees a team of Personal Bankers, driving sales performance, elevating customer experience, and ensuring operational and compliance standards are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Personal Bankers to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Execute branch sales strategies and campaigns to grow retail and wealth customer portfolios.
  • Track team performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and upskilling.
  • Build a results-driven culture centered on customer needs, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Partner with licensed specialists to facilitate smooth referrals and product delivery.
  • Review sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and manage risks.
  • Uphold internal controls, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer engagement and relationship‑building behaviors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Strong track record in sales leadership and team development.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of banking systems, digital tools, and customer engagement platforms.
