The Role

Lead and inspire a team of advisors to deliver outstanding wealth management outcomes for high net worth clients.

• Guide and coach advisors to manage client portfolios effectively in line with agreed performance targets
• Monitor and drive team performance across profitability, service quality, and operational effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across risk, operations, and marketing
• Contribute to the delivery of the broader wealth management strategy
• Represent the organisation externally at industry events and ensure full regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proven leader with deep wealth management experience and a talent for developing high-performing teams.

• Minimum 10 years of relationship management experience within the banking sector
• Active licences: PCE, TBE, CIELI, FIMM, and IPPC required; Mandarin proficiency preferred
• Demonstrated background engaging with high net worth individuals and families
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and growing teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and the regulatory environment
