Team Assistant, Corporate Services Team

Reporting to the Operations Manager in KL, we are looking for someone to support our business and provide sales admin support function to our offices, Support sales consultants in formatting CV, help to maintain our database resources and make sure all placements are compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports consultants on their candidate registration and formatting of CVs requests
  • Maintaining database
  • Placement compliance checks for the assigned sales teams
  • Liaising with counterparts and finance team members (where necessary)
  • Other adhoc admin project duties

You will need:

  • Excellent computer MS Office and Outlook skills with an eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and equally as well working independently
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
  • A deadline focused approach with sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills
