Tax Senior Executive/ Team Lead

This company is a well-established consulting firm serving a diverse portfolio of regional clients across various industries. As part of our continued growth, they are seeking for Tax Senior Executive / Team Lead to strengthen their tax compliance team.

About your role

• Manage and oversee the preparation and review of corporate, individual, and indirect tax filings for a portfolio of clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance in accordance with local and regional tax regulations.
• Lead a small team of tax professionals, providing mentorship, training, and technical guidance.
• Liaise with tax authorities and stay up to date with tax legislation and advise clients on the implications of changes.
• Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support internal process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in tax compliance.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CTIM) is a plus.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant tax experience, preferably from a consulting or public accounting background.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
