Shape the Employee Experience at a Leading Malaysian Property Developer
Our client is a well-established property developer in Malaysia with a strong track record across residential, commercial and industrial segments. They are seeking a people-centric professional to lead their employee experience function in Kuala Lumpur on a permanent basis.

The Role
A high-impact, people-focused position with real scope to make a difference:
  • Design and deliver the annual employee engagement strategy and roadmap
  • Oversee employee listening platforms - surveys, pulse checks and feedback channels - and translate findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership
  • Lead the planning and execution of company-wide townhalls and internal communication campaigns
  • Build and manage people analytics dashboards, tracking engagement, onboarding and retention trends
  • Own and continuously improve the new employee onboarding journey
  • Support ESG and sustainability reporting on people-related initiatives
  • Partner across HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Succession Planning
What We're Looking For
You bring the experience, insight and energy to elevate workplace culture:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in employee engagement, experience or internal communications
  • Proven ability to manage engagement surveys and drive structured action planning
  • A track record of delivering large-scale events and organisation-wide programmes
  • Strong analytics, reporting and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in the property development sector is an advantage
