Our client is a world leader in retail management systems with a huge client database in hospitality and retail scene. With over 30 years in the business and strong presence worldwide, they are expanding the team with a new hire for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Specialist.
The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Specialist will be responsible in providing online support activities that cover web-based applications for their global partners.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
- To identify, test, analyse and produce error reporting
- To provide guidance and technical assistance on system's functionality and setup
- To weigh in all available options and provide recommendations for the best course of action
- To prepare functional documents for users
The Successful Applicant
- Open to Malaysians only
- A minimum of 3 years of support and implementation experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV system
- Strong exposure in technical support and retail processes.
- Prior exposure to software testing is an added advantage.
- Good communicator in English.
