The Role

You'll take ownership of supply chain planning across a fast-paced retail and distribution network:

• Directing centralised ordering and replenishment to maintain optimal stock availability across the store and DC network
• Managing daily purchase order generation and replenishment plans aligned to supplier lead times and operational priorities
• Leading promotional and seasonal demand forecasting in collaboration with Merchandising and Marketing teams
• Overseeing DC capacity planning, inbound inventory flow, and outbound store replenishment
• Identifying and addressing out-of-stock and overstock situations with timely corrective actions
• Using sales trend analysis and data insights to improve forecast accuracy and mitigate supply risks

What We're Looking For

A data-driven planning professional with a sharp retail instinct:

• At least 5 years' experience in inventory or demand planning within retail, FMCG, or distribution
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas
• Proficiency in SQL or equivalent data query tools
• Strong ability to interpret large datasets and convert insights into practical operational decisions
• Confident working cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams
