The Role A hands-on leadership position with full scope across procurement and warehousing.
  • Lead and improve procurement and warehousing operations to maximise productivity
  • Coach, motivate and develop the supply chain team to achieve key targets
  • Drive strategic sourcing of direct materials and oversee indirect purchasing
  • Ensure purchase orders comply with company policy and governance requirements
  • Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams on supplier and material approvals
  • Oversee accurate receiving, issuance, and month-end inventory reconciliation in SAP
  • Ensure warehousing meets food safety standards, including FEFO and FIFO protocols
  • Manage external warehouse operations and support food safety audit compliance
What We're Looking For You'll bring a strong blend of technical expertise and proven leadership experience.
  • At least 8 years in supply chain or procurement, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
  • Degree-level qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or a Science discipline
  • Working knowledge of commodity materials such as food ingredients
  • Hands-on experience with SAP in a food manufacturing or processing environment
