The Role
A varied position spanning the full supply chain cycle - here's what you'll own:
  • Oversee stock replenishment and raise purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Monitor supplier commitments and resolve order discrepancies swiftly
  • Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Prepare and manage all required shipping and regulatory documentation, including SIRIM compliance
  • Drive the full RMA cycle - returns, repairs, replacements, and warranty resolutions
  • Track RMA turnaround times and flag opportunities to improve processes
  • Maintain accurate records across procurement and reverse logistics activities
What We're Looking For
A driven supply chain professional who combines operational know-how with clear communication:
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping, or an equivalent discipline
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or logistics environment
  • Prior exposure to import customs procedures (a distinct advantage)
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
