The Role

From market entry to post-expansion performance, you'll own it all:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new country launches
• Deliver market intelligence, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to inform strategic decisions
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
• Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to resolve challenges and build local capability
• Produce high-quality progress reports and presentations for senior leadership

What We're Looking For

A motivated self-starter with a sharp commercial mindset:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA, or similar) are advantageous
• 2-7 years in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate strategy
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments such as retail or startups is a strong plus
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across functions and regions
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Proficient in Excel and project management tools
• Agile, adaptable, and driven to deliver results
