Strategic Project Management (Fintech)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic business initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
• Identify business improvement and growth opportunities through research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct problem analysis, develop recommendations, and drive implementation of solutions to address operational and strategic challenges.
• Utilize data, analytics, and business insights to support decision-making, measure outcomes, and track project performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects, manage dependencies, and ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across business and technology teams to support project objectives.
• Prepare and present project updates, recommendations, and progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, business transformation, project management, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities with a structured approach to decision-making.
• Experience using data and business insights to support recommendations and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage ambiguity.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of initiatives from inception through delivery.
• Experience in financial services, technology, fintech, consulting, or other transformation-driven industries is an advantage.
