Strategic IT Portfolio Manager (Financial

Manage strategic technology vendors to ensure strong service delivery, operational resilience, risk compliance, and commercial value.
Establish vendor governance processes, performance reviews, escalations, risk controls, and remediation activities.
Define and monitor vendor KPIs, SLAs, delivery commitments, and service recovery initiatives.
Partner with Technology, Procurement, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Finance, and business stakeholders on vendor-related decisions.
Drive contract renewals, cost optimization, benchmarking, negotiations, and value realization initiatives.
Prepare executive dashboards, risk reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

8-10 years of experience in vendor management, supplier governance, procurement, contract management, third-party risk, or IT service management within banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
Strong experience managing vendor performance, governance frameworks, executive reporting, and issue remediation.
Good understanding of cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, software delivery, managed services, and operational resilience.
Knowledge of contract management, spend analysis, supplier risk, benchmarking, renewals, and business continuity planning.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, commercial, and communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and external partners.
Exposure to ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, outsourcing governance, or vendor risk management frameworks is an advantage.
