The Role
You'll be embedded in client engagements, helping organisations rethink how they serve customers and optimise their operations.
  • Deliver projects spanning customer experience, operating model redesign, and strategic change
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to surface actionable insights
  • Apply hypothesis-driven thinking to structure and solve complex business challenges
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions to shape future-state customer experiences
  • Develop target operating models, business processes, and transformation roadmaps
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to drive quality outcomes
  • Contribute to thought leadership, industry events, and practice development
What We're Looking For
A commercially curious professional with a consultancy background and a passion for customer-led transformation.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with 3-6 years' experience in consulting or a problem-solving capacity
  • Familiarity with one or more areas: customer strategy, service design, business transformation, operating model design, project management, change management, or data analytics and AI
  • Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills
  • Resourceful, collaborative, and effective under pressure
