In summary, you will be required to implement and drive the processes and roles for change management, incident management, problem management, resource supply, demand management and service introduction. You will also be required to maintain business continuity plans, generating and reviewing contractual service management reports. Lastly, you will also be facilitating SLA governance process.
To qualify an individual must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT related field
  • In-depth involvement in infrastructure and application support
  • Adequate knowledge in ITIL processes
  • Possesses experience in supervisory and service implementation
  • Exceptional ability to analyze problems, propose solution options and structure solution plans
  • Good proficiency in Mandarin language
