The Role You'll be the operational backbone of the service function, managing everything from scheduling to client communication and documentation.
  • Manage and track service requests, repair schedules, and planned maintenance activities
  • Dispatch field engineers for on-site and remote technical support
  • Act as the primary contact for clients on all service and support matters
  • Work closely with vendors and the supply chain team to procure parts and resources
  • Maintain accurate digital records, service reports, and CMMS entries
  • Support invoicing, contract renewals, and ongoing service administration
What We're Looking For A proactive, organised communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and puts customers first.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in service coordination or customer support, preferably within healthcare or medical devices
  • Confident with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of SAP or ServiceMax would be an advantage
  • Basic familiarity with medical devices or healthcare equipment is a plus
