The Role
From real-time feature builds to deployment, you'll take full ownership of the development journey.
  • Build and deliver modern, scalable web applications powered by React.js
  • Develop and maintain real-time, event-driven features using WebSocket technologies
  • Bridge frontend and backend through robust API integrations
  • Support and maintain legacy systems using Node.js
  • Navigate web infrastructure including server configuration, routing, and deployment processes
  • Participate in code reviews, champion engineering standards, and proactively surface technical risks
What We're Looking For
A self-driven senior developer who communicates well and delivers with confidence in a hybrid setup.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional frontend web development experience
  • Strong command of React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Practical experience building real-time, event-driven systems with WebSocket technologies
  • Well-versed in RESTful API design, system architecture, and front-end performance optimisation
  • Comfortable with core DevOps concepts - server configuration, reverse proxies, and deployment workflows
  • Highly self-directed, accountable, and able to deliver with minimal oversight
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only
  • Advantageous: SSR frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt.js), PWA concepts, frontend testing tools, CMS exposure, or Mandarin language skills
