Our client is a well-established electronics engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Pahang, seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to drive operational excellence across their end-to-end warehouse function.

The Role

A full-ownership warehouse leadership position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment:

• Oversee all warehouse, logistics, and shipping operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods
• Drive KPI performance across inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, and service levels
• Lead inventory control programmes including cycle counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
• Champion cost optimisation initiatives across freight, storage utilisation, and operational expenditure
• Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, import/export controls, schedule waste management, and ISO/EHS standards
• Lead warehouse automation, digitalisation, and WMS improvement projects
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and structured performance management

What We're Looking For

A results-driven warehouse leader with a strong manufacturing background:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of warehouse and logistics experience in an EMS environment
• Experience managing international freight, customs procedures, and import/export requirements
• Working knowledge of MRP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
