The Role

A customer-focused operational leadership position with broad cross-functional scope:

• Manage key stakeholder relationships and conduct regular business performance reviews with clients
• Ensure SOP and contract compliance, addressing any operational shortfalls promptly
• Produce monthly operational dashboards covering KPI performance, compliance ratios, and recommended improvements
• Conduct regular site walks to identify process errors and lead corrective action
• Coordinate across internal operational teams to ensure seamless account delivery
• Oversee the implementation of customer projects, new business initiatives, and best practice sharing

What We're Looking For

A commercially aware, hands-on operations leader:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Background in contract logistics and/or warehousing operations is strongly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in KPI monitoring, reporting, and operational dashboards
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous process improvement
