Our client, a globally connected third-party logistics provider, is looking for a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a large-scale operation in Gelang Patah, Johor - inclusive of cross-border activities.

The Role

Here is what you will own:

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations spanning inbound, outbound, inventory control, fulfilment and distribution
• Manage daily KPIs covering productivity, accuracy, service levels, cost control and safety
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, space utilisation and process flow
• Coordinate across customers, transport and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery
• Oversee manpower planning, team development and workforce productivity
• Uphold strict adherence to SOPs, WMS protocols, ISO standards and safety requirements

What We're Looking For

The right candidate will have:

• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related field
• 8-12 years in warehousing or logistics, ideally within a 3PL or contract logistics setting
• A proven track record leading large-scale warehouse operations and sizeable teams
• Solid knowledge of warehouse KPIs, WMS systems and inventory management
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving capability
• Exposure to FMCG, retail, e-commerce, industrial or manufacturing warehousing is an advantage
