Senior System Analyst - AS400

The Role
Where technical depth meets regional leadership, you'll be responsible for:
  • Delivering end-to-end Life Core System solutions across multiple business units
  • Leading medium-scale project teams, managing resources and task allocation
  • Coaching team members to ensure deliverables consistently meet project standards
  • Overseeing vendor development activities to maintain quality and consistency
  • Translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Managing the full SDLC - from design and development through to testing, rollout, and ongoing support
  • Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Running feasibility assessments in close partnership with users and key stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Technically strong and ready to lead, you'll bring:
  • Solid experience working with Life Asia, Life 400, or Life J platforms
  • Proficiency in COBOL and AS/400 environments
  • In-depth knowledge of the life insurance domain
  • Proven project management capability in IT systems delivery
  • A strong track record in life insurance application implementation
  • Clear communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
