The Role

From system migration to month-end processing, here's where you'll focus:

• Leading payroll system migration initiatives, including parallel testing and data validation
• Reviewing workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and drive automation or standardisation
• Clearing legacy payroll backlogs across pay periods and employee groups
• Reconciling payroll registers against statutory filings and reports for audit readiness
• Acting as backup processor for regional and high-complexity payrolls, including the US
• Partnering with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues within agreed SLAs
• Handling complex payroll escalations and providing Level 2 technical guidance

What We're Looking For

Here's what will set you apart:

• At least 5 years of regional payroll experience in a BPO, GBS, or shared services setting
• Sound knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory requirements across US, UK, EMEA, and APAC
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with systems such as ADP, Oracle, SAP, or Workday
• Strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in payroll issue remediation
• Professional certification (CPP, GPA, or PMP) and Oracle Fusion HCM experience are advantageous
