Our client is a newly setup finance shared services center providing services and are currently expanding their center rapidly. Backed by a global brand and a strong management team, my client is looking for a Senior Specialist, OTC as part of a new team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of daily tasks that include sales orders posting, billing, cash application or credit & collection activities based on the agreed-upon Service Level Agreements between the Center and the end market
  • Liaise and support internal/external customers and develop strong relationship in order to ensure objectives are met
  • Reconciliation of sales, payments, stocks through various reports and procedures
  • Ensuring adherence of activities to Audit and SOX Controls, identify & escalate any breach
  • Responsible to initiate and be part of process continuous improvement initiatives and migrations, on an ad-hoc basis

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • A recognized Degree in Finance and Accounting, or any equivalent business degree. Professional qualifications would be an added advantage
  • 3-5 years of working experience in finance & accounting within a finance shared services environment
  • Strong understanding of the basic fundamentals of OTC processes
  • Experienced in coaching and guiding junior analysts
  • Strong computer literacy specifically with the Microsoft Office Tools
