Our client is a well-established industrial solutions business seeking multiple Senior Service Sales Engineers to join their team across two key locations - Penang and Sabah. This is a permanent, customer-facing role where you'll take ownership of service sales, strengthen client partnerships, and grow a portfolio of aftermarket offerings in a technical environment.

The Role

Ready to combine technical know-how with commercial drive? Here's what you'll be doing:

• Executing sales strategies to achieve targets across maintenance services, spare parts, repairs, and refurbishment offerings
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular engagement, timely updates, and application support
• Coordinating service jobs with technician teams to ensure efficient and high-quality job delivery
• Managing technical issue resolution and warranty matters, working closely with internal teams
• Monitoring cost and resource utilisation to ensure profitability within budget
• Identifying new market opportunities, attending trade events, and keeping current with industry trends
• Providing accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline updates to management

What We're Looking For

Technically grounded with a commercial edge? Here's what you'll bring:

• A diploma in engineering or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a background in technical service highly regarded
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in a customer-facing environment
• A commercially minded, results-driven approach to sales
