Our client is a globally established organisation with a strong commitment to digital innovation. They are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join their globally organised team and play a central role in maintaining and advancing a complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce platform.

The Role

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Monitor platform health, proactively managing exceptions and reducing technical debt to ensure optimal performance
• Analyse and develop solutions to meet evolving business requirements across the Salesforce ecosystem
• Oversee platform-wide configuration and development, including Marketing, Sales, Service Cloud, and integrations
• Lead thorough technical testing of applications and enhancements to uphold quality and functional standards
• Design and oversee integration scenarios to ensure reliable interoperability across connected systems
• Manage Salesforce metadata in SFDX source format, including Git merges and conflict resolution
• Ensure effective change management and alignment across the global DevOps pipeline

What We're Looking For

Here's what you'll need:

• At least 8 years' experience as a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, Consultant, or Developer
• A minimum of 6 years' hands-on experience with Sales and Service Cloud (essential)
• Technical proficiency across Apex (essential), Lightning Web Components/LWC (essential), JavaScript, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, REST, and SOAP
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related DevOps tooling
• Salesforce certifications are not required but are advantageous
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts in the Salesforce environment (advantageous)
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent)
