The Role

Own the relationship, drive the growth - here's what you'll be doing:

  • Serve as the national point of contact for key customer accounts, managing relationships and ensuring consistent service delivery
  • Support and lead RFI/RFQ processes, collaborating with national, regional, and global stakeholders to deliver agreed solutions
  • Lead contract execution, renewals, and amendments, participating in commercial negotiations within delegated authority
  • Organise and facilitate regular business reviews (MBR/QBR), tracking performance KPIs and following through on action items
  • Maintain a robust and up-to-date CRM pipeline to support volume and gross profit targets
  • Proactively identify risks, growth opportunities, and improvement initiatives across assigned accounts

What We're Looking For

A seasoned logistics professional ready to step up and make an impact:

  • 5-8 years of experience in contract warehousing or integrated logistics, in a key account or commercial role
  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse services, and fulfilment operations
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred, to support cross-regional communication
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
