The Role

Develop the markets, grow the business - here's what you'll be doing:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across local and international markets
  • Grow the customer base while nurturing strong relationships with existing accounts
  • Conduct professional product presentations and commercial discussions with clients
  • Plan and execute customer relations programmes and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare sales and marketing strategies as part of the broader market development plan
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer requirements
  • Drive personal and team sales targets to increase market share

What We're Looking For

A motivated, well-rounded sales professional ready to make an impact:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a strong track record of hitting targets
  • Experience in industrial, metals, or manufacturing product sales is an advantage, particularly in export markets
  • Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical thinking paired with creative problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
