The Role

Combine your technical knowledge with commercial drive - here's what you'll be doing:

• Develop and manage sales opportunities across optical components, mechanical parts, and precision assemblies
• Build and nurture customer relationships with B2B and OEM clients across local and international markets
• Translate technical customer requirements into tailored commercial solutions and product proposals
• Collaborate with suppliers, principals, and internal teams to align offerings with customer and market needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities
• Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits across the region

What We're Looking For

A technically grounded sales professional ready to engage across borders:

• 2-5 years of technical sales, business development, or application engineering experience in optics, photonics, or precision mechanical industries
• Familiarity with optical and mechanical components such as lenses, mirrors, filters, and precision assemblies
• Proven B2B sales experience with industrial or OEM clients
• Experience working with international customers and suppliers across Asia, Europe, or the U.S.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering - Optical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
