The Role
You'll own end-to-end general accounting within a high-performing regional finance function. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading month-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L flux commentary
  • Overseeing intercompany accounting, fixed asset management, and revenue-related transactions
  • Delivering financial reports, KPI dashboards, and management analysis for regional stakeholders
  • Supporting audit processes and maintaining robust financial controls and compliance standards
  • Contributing to process improvements, automation, and standardisation across the finance function
  • Partnering with APAC and global teams on scheduled and ad-hoc finance requirements
What We're Looking For
A detail-oriented finance professional ready to thrive in a complex, fast-paced global environment. You'll need:
  • A minimum of 8 years in general accounting, within a shared services or captive environment
  • Solid end-to-end R2R expertise across GL activities, reconciliations, fixed assets, and consolidation
  • Advanced Excel skills and ERP proficiency, ideally SAP or Oracle
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, engaging confidently across levels and regions
  • SAP S/4HANA is advantageous
  • CPA, ACCA and other similar qualifications would be advantageous.
