The Role
Own the technical agenda across the region - here's what you'll be doing:
  • Acting as the key escalation point for all regional technical enquiries
  • Building and delivering structured training programmes to develop engineering capability
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware faults down to component level
  • Partnering with Pre-sales, Product Management, and Sales to drive seamless outcomes
  • Overseeing spare parts availability across regional and central locations
  • Establishing and refining service procedures, including agreements and partner frameworks
  • Producing both regular and ad-hoc technical reports
What We're Looking For
A technically grounded communicator ready to lead from the front:
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in a technical break-and-fix capacity
  • At least 3 years' in a technical training or advisory position
  • Proven ability to fault-find hardware at component level
  • Familiarity with printing applications and foundational colour management principles
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
