As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of specialist recruiters. You will enjoy building relationships and be passionate about working in a team based, professional, and high-performance culture that rewards, recognizes and celebrates success. We will expect you to foster strong relationships with clients, develop your own specialized desk, and to tap into the talent pool both actively and proactively. This is a full 360 role, so you will be responsible for business development, pipeline management, candidate selection and offer management.
The right candidate will have:
ideally 2-5 years of successful Recruitment experience in an agency setting
proven track record of high performance and quality of work
strong business development skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
be enthusiastic, motivated, target driven and enjoy building relationships
market knowledge and insights in one of our specialisms
