Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst (Bank)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Business Analysts with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry. Open to candidates from all banking domains including Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Risk & Compliance, Treasury, Cards, Loans, Wealth Management, Data & Analytics, Core Banking, and Technology Transformation.

Candidates will be responsible for driving business and technology initiatives, managing stakeholders, gathering requirements, improving processes, and supporting successful project delivery across banking operations and systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end project delivery and business analysis activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and management.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate project timelines, scope, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Support system implementation, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, governance standards, and internal policies.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and regulatory environments.
• Experience in one or more banking domains such as payments, lending, cards, digital banking, AML, compliance, treasury, or core banking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with system implementation, process transformation, or digital initiatives is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is beneficial.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, CBAP, Agile, or Banking certifications are an advantage.
