The Client provides wholesale and consumer banking, world-class technology, system developments and customer care service capabilities. The team is located in UK, Dubai, Chennai, KL and Singapore.

Our client looking is for a Senior Project Manager, Migration to spearhead the project management office for a Global Shared Services within the BPO-Retail Banking.

You will be responsible for managing the process excellence, the new site set ups and handle large transition projects.This includes working with various business units and functions to establish a good benchmark and capture requirements within the respective teams.

The main highlight on your role is to drive structure, efficiency, and optimization for the data centers across the respective countries involved. Lastly, you will need the right attitude to be an initiator to drive the project full life cycle from end to end.

To qualify; individuals must possess:

  • 15 years' experience in ITES BPO functions leading large migrations or transition projects
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, incidents, escalations with understanding of migration methodology
  • Proven track record of leading virtual teams across multiple locations
  • Able to management business, performance management, head count and workforce planning in forecasting and capacity management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of technology Infrastructure and set up requirements.
