Job Responsibilities

  • Lead cybersecurity solution implementation and project delivery.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, architects, and technical teams.
  • Oversee security testing, deployment, migration, and operational handover.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support risk remediation, security assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of cybersecurity or IT project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, cloud, network, endpoint, and infrastructure security.
  • Hands-on experience with security solutions such as SIEM, IGA, and network security tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, PRINCE2, or CCSP are an advantage.
