Senior Product Manager (AI & Growth)

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-driven investment products and digital experiences.
Lead the design and launch of intelligent features that enhance investment research, trading, portfolio management, and client engagement.
Drive the adoption of Generative AI and emerging AI technologies to improve customer growth, retention, and product engagement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven product solutions.
Leverage customer insights, market research, experimentation, and analytics to prioritize initiatives and optimize product performance.
Track product outcomes and continuously enhance user experience, business impact, and AI capabilities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, security, and responsible AI standards.

Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer-facing digital products.
Proven experience building AI-powered solutions utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, recommendation engines, or conversational AI.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including GPT/LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and personalization frameworks.
Experience collaborating with engineering, AI, and data teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities, including experimentation and A/B testing.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
Exposure to fintech, trading, brokerage, wealth management, or other financial services products is preferred.
Familiarity with capital markets, investment processes, and regulated environments is an advantage.
