The Role
Here's what you'll own day to day:
  • End-to-end airfreight pricing across import, export, and cross-trade shipments
  • Preparing competitive quotations, RFQ responses, and tender submissions
  • Negotiating rates and capacity commitments with airlines and GSA partners
  • Tracking market trends, rate movements, capacity shifts, and competitor activity
  • Providing commercial analysis to support strategic bids and key account tenders
  • Maintaining pricing databases, tariff records, and carrier agreements
  • Working alongside Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to align pricing with service delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance margins through strategic procurement and profitability analysis
What We're Looking For
You'll be a strong fit if you have:
  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of airfreight pricing experience within freight forwarding or logistics
  • Solid understanding of airline pricing structures, surcharges, and market lanes
  • Hands-on exposure to RFQs, tenders, and multinational customer accounts
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial decision-making capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and freight pricing systems
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
