Our client is a fast-growing, well-funded B2B SaaS business with a global customer base. As a Senior Platform Engineer based in Bangkok, you'll be central to keeping their platform reliable, scalable, and performant - helping to shape the infrastructure that supports it at scale.

The Role

Keeping mission-critical systems running smoothly while building the automation and tooling that makes engineering faster and better.

• Maintain and improve production system reliability, availability, and performance
• Build deeper observability through enhanced metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
• Automate operational workflows and improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency
• Develop internal tooling to elevate the day-to-day developer experience
• Lead incident response, manage on-call rotations, and drive post-incident improvements
• Work alongside engineering teams to architect resilient, scalable infrastructure

What We're Looking For

A platform engineer with strong cloud and automation fundamentals, and a clear bias towards reliability and developer empowerment.

• Solid AWS experience (or GCP/Azure), with Kubernetes and Docker in production
• Strong Linux administration and scripting ability in Golang, Python, or Bash
• Hands-on with CI/CD and automation tooling such as ArgoCD, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Ansible
• Observability experience using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or Datadog
• Cloud security knowledge including secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or similar)
• Sound networking fundamentals - load balancing, DNS, and security
• English proficiency is required to collaborate effectively within this multinational team
