The Role

Step in and own the full marketing agenda:

• Shape and deliver annual 360° marketing strategies aligned with wider business goals
• Drive the full marketing mix across offline, digital, retail, and PR
• Oversee creative asset development to maintain consistent brand alignment
• Manage the advertising and promotions budget with a sharp focus on ROI
• Cultivate strong relationships with media partners and influencer networks
• Leverage paid media, SEO, and social platforms to grow audience engagement
• Develop partnerships that extend brand reach and relevance
• Lead the marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other departments

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Degree-level education in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of marketing experience; a background in consumer lifestyle, brands, or agencies is a strong advantage
• In-depth knowledge of marketing strategy, channels, and digital performance tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Commercial awareness and a willingness to travel when required
