The Role A high-impact position for a planning leader ready to make their mark.
  • Take full ownership of resource planning across assembly and test operations
  • Manage multiple planning frameworks, delivering accurate and timely outputs aligned to divisional strategy
  • Drive short-term capacity planning cycles to meet delivery commitments and revenue goals
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, quality, and industrial engineering teams
  • Identify and mitigate capacity risks, including supply chain disruptions and demand shifts
  • Manage budgets for capacity planning, covering capital and personnel expenditure
  • Lead and develop a team of planning professionals to consistently meet KPIs
What We're Looking For A commercially astute planner with the gravitas to lead at senior level.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; 10+ years in planning with 3-5 years in team leadership
  • Semiconductor or complex manufacturing background, with strong knowledge of capacity planning tools, forecasting, and optimisation
  • Sharp business acumen and the ability to connect planning decisions to broader commercial goals
  • Confident English communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and making sound decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
