The Role

A senior operational risk role spanning oversight, controls, and team leadership:

• Provide 2LOD risk oversight and challenge across operational and support functions
• Review, escalate, and follow up on high-risk or unusual transactions
• Manage risk across cash operations, settlements, fund movements, and daily reconciliations
• Lead CSA/RCSA and risk register activities, keeping documentation current
• Monitor key controls and drive gap remediation
• Conduct process walkthroughs to identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-5
• Produce management reports on risk issues, control gaps, and remediation progress

What We're Looking For

A seasoned risk professional with strong controls expertise and proven leadership:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Risk Management
• 8-12 years in operational risk, 2LOD, internal controls, transaction monitoring, or audit
• Hands-on experience in cash operations, fund flows, settlements, and reconciliations is essential
• Demonstrated 2LOD challenge, control reviews, and risk assessment capability
• Familiarity with CSA/RCSA and risk register processes
• Proven team leadership experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
• Occasional client site travel required
• Financial services, fintech, payments, or banking background is an advantage
