The Role
A pivotal position within the manufacturing operations team - here's what you'll be driving:
  • Overseeing manufacturing line performance to achieve key flow, delivery, and cycle time targets
  • Balancing and prioritising work-in-progress to minimise delays and maximise throughput
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to align production capacity with demand forecasting and mitigate supply risk
  • Leading capacity optimisation efforts using a structured and data-driven planning approach
  • Spotting opportunities and championing continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives
  • Maintaining compliance through robust governance of planning processes
  • Preparing management-level reports and presentations with clarity and precision
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership capability:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
  • CSCP certification is a distinct advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing workflows, capacity planning, and inventory management
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, alongside advanced Excel proficiency
  • Confident communicator with strong analytical and organisational skills
