Senior Manager, L&D

About Our Client

Our client is an established global manufacturer who is a market leader in their industry. As part of their ongoing focus on building future-ready capabilities and driving continuous people development, they are seeking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead strategic training initiatives, strengthen workforce capability, and support long-term growth across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic training and learning plans aligned to business and organisational priorities.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps across functions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage training programmes, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Develop, review, and enhance training materials and learning frameworks.
  • Facilitate and support training sessions where appropriate to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to promote a strong learning and development culture.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development / Training roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • HRDC, Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT), or similar certification is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
