Senior Manager - ITBP

In summary, this is a business partnering role - any technical delivery/ project related candidates will not be considered. You will be required to understand business processes and blueprinting for the organization. In this role, you are expected to speak to other Regional Heads of the business and communicate the solutions that the functions need to delivery. Last but not least, you will also need to have a strong understanding of finance processes and also to have experince within current digital technology trends covering Finance, HR and Legal.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• At least 10 years of leading IT or business engagement in a large end market and global function
• Well versed in influencing, leading and operating in functional matrix organization
• Possesses strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional ability to understand business model & components, IT business landscape and roadmap
• Previous experience must include either HR Infrastructure Project, Transformation to Digital or Implementation of Chatbost or Finance Shared Services Project
• Experience in dealing with stakeholder and understanding of risk management skills as well
