In summary, you will be spearheading the whole business operations and team building. You will also be required to build relationships with key clients and partners as well as developing new businesses. As the lead, you are required to build strategic business plan and provide leadership to achieve profit and to increase revenue. Lastly, you will also need to raise the organisation's visibility in the market.

To qualify an individual must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 8 years of IT sales or business development role in the ICT sector
  • Proven sales track record
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills and target driven
  • Exceptional ability to analyze problems, propose solution options and structure solution plans
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language is a MUST
